Kevin enjoys running the trade contractors making sure every aspect is coordinated, obtains proper permits and meets with the architects and engineers. He is up to date on all building codes and is an active member of the Helena Building Industry Association. Kevin always makes sure that deadlines are met and budgets are in line. Connor Building and Design has an excellent relationship with the suppliers including a substantial line of credit to ensure everything goes smoothly. Open communication is a high priority with Connor Building and Design keeping you informed throughout the entire building process.
  Jake is an expert computer aided draftsman (CAD). He does the bidding on both residential and commercial jobs, remodels, garages, decks, etc. He has had the opportunity to learn the business form the ground up and feels very comfortable with every aspect of the business. He has enjoyed through his years in construction that having a good tight nucleus of employees will make the business a success. He demands excellent quality from himself and our employees. Although construction work is both physically and mentally demanding, he finds that the rewards from our clients through compliments is tremendously powerful.
